- Reserve your event space in the campus EMS system and request catering.
- In EMS, your profile is affiliated with a FOAPAL and email address. If you need to charge a different FOAPAL than your primarily related FOAPAL, indicate your email and the correct FOAPAL under Reservation Details. Please note any event specifics not covered in your reservation request.
- When Catering is indicated, a member of the Catering team will reach out to confirm your request, provide the current catering menus, and discuss your catering needs to create a banquet event order that will exceed your expectations.
- Please understand that the catering department will not be able to build a Banquet Event Order until you have a reservation number. If you require a reservation number please contact the events office (events@conncoll.edu).
- After your event, Chartwells will send the invoice to you with the FOAPAL on it. Please forward the invoice to accountspayable@conncoll.edu with the department head’s approval and confirming the FOAPAL to be charged.
Faculty and Staff Meal Plans
Faculty and Staff are able to pay for a meal plan that will be effective through 6/30/25.

Meal plans are below and are paid through the College, and the plans can be used through 6/30/25, at which point the plans terminate, and new plans will be available for 2025-2026.
Payment can be made directly by credit card or by payroll deduction starting with SM 22, payroll paid on October 25th, 2024 (up to 16 paychecks).

Meal Charge Slip Form
Complete the form to allow external guests access to on-campus dining facilities. You will receive a response to your request within 48 hours.
Note: After September 30, 2024, meal charge slips will no longer be available at the dining hall registers. By transitioning to an online system, we’re reducing paper waste and supporting our campus-wide sustainability initiatives. Please complete the form provided to ensure a seamless experience for your guests.
For faculty participating in the program of DOF-sponsored faculty meals with students, contact the DOF office to be signed up for a meal plan that will be attached to your Camel Card.
Departments and centers wishing to obtain meal passes to have on hand for faculty, staff or guests should submit a request by emailing diningadmin@conncoll.edu. Charges will be applied to the departmental FOAPAL for all requested passes.
