The performance series onStage at Connecticut College presents a variety of artists and performers throughout the academic year. Performances range from musical acts to plays to dance. The Olin Observatory regularly welcomes the public for stargazing and educational events.
During the late fall, the College opens its ice rink for public skating at a nominal charge.
The Charles E. Shain Library is open to the public year round.

The local Flock Theater stages a Shakespeare in the Arboretum series every summer. The College theater department produces four plays and the music department presents choral and instrumental concerts during the academic year. A capella groups are popular on campus, with six groups offering frequent performances and concerts. There are also exhibitions sponsored by the art department, lectures by Connecticut College faculty and visiting academics throughout the academic year, as well as summer sports camps and music programs.
You can also support one of the 28 varsity athletic teams. Check out the athletics calendar to find out when the next game is being held. Admission is free to all sporting events.
