Your support of Connecticut College can transform the campus, take an initiative to a new level or make a student's personal dream come true.
Leadership gifts can renovate classrooms, provide seed money for student enterprises or build a new fitness center. They can also create endowed funds that provide support in perpetuity for named professorships or scholarships, student research, internships and international travel, library purchases or a number of other campus initiatives.
These gifts are often made in honor or memory of a family member, friend or favorite professor. The College's 44 endowed professorships, for example, include chairs named for Nobel Prize-winners Wangari Maathai and Elie Wiesel; former Presidents Katharine Blunt, Rosemary Park and Oakes Ames; and alumni Karla Heurich Harrison '28, Joanne Toor Cummings '50 and Jean C. Tempel '65.
There are many ways to fund leadership gifts. Our staff are experts at answering questions about payment options, stock transfers, gifts-in-kind and the College's priorities. We encourage you to contact us.
