The event included speakers from the three local tribes—Eastern Pequot, Mashantucket Pequot and Mohegan— as well as a harvest and educational activity at the Sprout Garden, food sampling and student performances. The foods was prepared by Lizarralde using locally-sourced ingredients and Sprout Garden harvest.
